●1 lb. ground turkey
●1 cup shredded zucchini (lightly squeezed to remove some of the liquid)
●1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
●½ tsp. garlic powder
●½ tsp. onion powder
●¼ tsp. crushed red pepper (omit for AIP)
●½ tsp. sea salt
●¼ tsp. black pepper (omit for AIP)
