Tips for getting 1% better each day with your health and fitness routine

i There are a few things that go along way when it comes to having success in your fitness program.

The first one and probably one of the most important things is to have a positive mindset. If you aren't thinking you can accomplish a goal. You won't will your way there by getting lucky. Action leads to results. Results are what drive you to keep going.

The second is scheduling what is important. Life gets busy. Family commitments, work commitments, among any other things keep you busy. If you don't schedule a time to workout or plan and prep your meals, the odds of it happening are greatly reduced. Plan it, then commit to it. Its a commitment to yourself and those you care about. If you don't take care of you, you won't be able to be your best self for all those around you.

​The third thing that helps you to get 1% better is having a support system or a way to be accountable. For example, when you meet with a trainer for a one on one session, you are gonna show up cause you know they are there waiting and have a plan for you each day. If you work out in a group setting, people look for you and be like where's so and so. Having people who care about you and your success rocks. It makes the whole health and fitness process alot easier. Find that support system. It's alot easier than going at it alone.
